All Jobs require all sorts of personal attributes for example when I was working at home base I used specific and general attribute such as health and safety, work attitudes, organisational skills and communication skills. Also my attitude had to be positive so I used different types of attitudes like confidence and dependable.
Specific attributes.
Health and safety: this is a very important specific attribute to have when working in a place like home base. when I worked there I was required to do some heavy lifting but before I could I had to fully know the safest way of knowing how to carry that item and had to be fully aware of people and things around me so I don't knock anything over or hit any one with the object I was lifting. Also when I worked there I had to use certain dangerous tools but before I could I had to know the safest way of using the tool.
Work Attitude: Another crucial specific attribute I used through my time there. when you work at centres like home base you are required to do certain tasks that you may not enjoy or just generally don't want to do. But my attitude always had to be positive and on top when set certain tasks that I dint like or enjoy doing at all, my positive attitude made me complete the task to best possible level.
General attributes
Organisational skills: when I was working at home base my organisation skills always had to be good due to the limited time I was given to perform certain tasks. The more organised you are the easier you will always find difficult tasks. Organisation tends to come into play when doing massive tasks that might take a while, my organisation taught me to divide my task into a certain amount of time which I can complete them little by little instead of just doing the task without a good order.
Communication skills: was very important because I constantly had to ask questions e.g. how to perform certain tasks, what tasks to do next, when my break was and loads more. The better my communication the easier it was for my colleagues to understand me. Communication is a skill that most people should posses because it makes things a lot easier.
